    Careful with payza,
    i feel that payza use legal way to eat our money.
    I read all their TOS, seems that plenty of rules that not allow. If so then what payza for ?
    My client made a payment to me for my commission, and now my account was restricted and suspended for 180 days.
    Think twice before you sign up payza, some customers got no problem with payza and some customers who having bad luck...aha! you're done !

    Hello everyone.
    This is a reply I got from Payza team ,my client paid for website he bought on auction,
    He told payza he did not like it so that is the reason they freeze the money;
    he's got the business ,we've already transferred it to his account,payza keeps the money.I do not think it should work like that.Buyer can be a cheater an scammer and the seller is not protected in any way in such situation.The buyer knows our policy THERE IS NO REFUND if the business transfer is successful.

    Right now we are offering Bank Wire Withdrawals to our Serbian members. I haven't heard of any near future plans to include credit card withdrawals but if any other options become available we'll definitely let you know!

    Please do let me know as I can't use Bank Withdrawals. Most of my withdrawals are under $150, so $15 fee (10% is just too much at this moment).

    Hello Payza Team

    For near a month access to my account is restricted. I sent a ticked and after a week Payza asked me for documents: ID and a proof of address statement. I sent all needed scans over two weeks ago and still have no answer, and my account is still blocked. Is it realy have to take so long time, to verify my account ?

    I received $194.75 in My above Payza personal starter account. Then Payza noticed me that this is excess of my account limit, they are upgrading my account & deducting fees as per upgraded personal Pro account.
    But meantime after 2 days, I couldn’t login my account, during login time, the below message is shown –
    “Access to your account is currently restricted. Please contact Customer Support for assistance”
    Pls arrange to resolve the problem, so that I can access to my account smoothly.

    I haven't heard of such thing. In a case like this I'm obliged uphold and maintain the information of any 3rd party just as I would not divulge any of your information to any one. I suggest getting in contact with the merchant in question, they'll be in a position to provide you with more information.

    You may remember me, I'm from EMS, year back my account was compromised and you help me a lot to get my money back and to solve problem, well I'm really a reputed members on community and with Payza, well Its really bad to do this with your old and trusted clients, even with out any reason.

    Your Security system auto fagged my account, I'm a verified member already , I have submit documents, I called more then 6 times, your support team said your account will be unlocked soon, but its now again 24 hours and its still restricted , please help me, its hurting my business and I need money. Please reactive my account today.

    Some of my clients, even now asking for refund, because we can not complete there work until Payza unlocked, please don't force us to remove Payza from our system. In Pakistan I'm helping people about Alertpay/Payza from 3 years. I really don't want to post about these problems at my blogs. I don't want to hurt up to 1.3 lac Payza clients by writing this problem on my blogs.

    Again after a 15 mint call, No solution, the agent have no answer to my question, the same Robot reply, "Sir you will get a reply with 3 to 4 working days" and these 3 or 4 days for Payza means at least a month.

    For those who using payza without any problem, you're lucky.

    For my case, totally bad bad bad bad, i received my payment from a client then when i request for bank wire withdrawal, they suspended my account giving me so many excuses and ask me for docs. I already submit everythings they need.
    Still they suspend my account for 180 days saying due to breach of private exchanger, which i already inform that i don't know that guy was private exchanger.
    then my money was reverse back after 2 weeks, without asking me anything, they just reverse it back.
    Here is the email that i received. Its hard earn money that i gain, they just reverse the money back ( without asking me anything, no warning no anything ) simply because "" Our Security team has reason to believe"", i asked my clients about this, he said he never file any dispute. ( if he doing fraud activities, you should take the money from his account, but why you reverse my hard earn money ? i earn it with my own hand, i'm not doing fraud activities, yes i know that he send to me but that is my hard earn money which i wasnt doing any fraud activities) example payza company pay your salary, but after 1 week, payza request back your salary because they believe you never do your job properly. Can payza do that ? )
    So whoever wanted to open new account, just be careful.
    Alot of my clients asking me not to use payza, but i never listen to them, now it all happen to me... stupid me.
