    Hmmm, sounds like you should send us a support ticket. We would have to have it checked out. Was the wire a minimum of 50USD or a maximum of 1000USD? This is usually the issue.

    No for verification payza team asked me to send $40

    so i have send $40 and after that they asked me the documents. I have sended documents also but upto now it is not verified and not even added in my account

    I think you should contact your bank. Ask them what the deal is, they should be able to find out. Hopefully there are no intermediary fees, but what do you guys think?

    Unfortunately the RBI makes it very difficult for outside companies to designate it's India based members with a card product. We understand the India market would benefit from the Prepaid card, but for now, the bank transfer remains the best option. If anything changes, this will be breaking news. Where there's a will there's a way :)

    It's already restored but I'm waiting since August 15 for reversing transactions to my Visa card! Money is still on my Payza balance!
