    Where is my MT103 document as you promised for Today....??
    I already waited over 2 weeks but you saying "tomorrow" for daily...

    Now, I am really scared about my $500+ Whether Payza sent money in real or not ??

    Why I still didn't received my withdrawn money shows as completed in Aug 1st.

    If Payza sent money in real ??
    Then why you getting this longer delays to show me the Proof (MT103) ??

    It seems you are delaying too long to give me that MT103 document, So i requesting you to Trace the funds while waiting for that document. Whether the funds has Returned or Doesn't sent in Practical ?

    Also I'm asking if the funds has returned, What will be happen ? Is it automatically credits back to my payza balance ?

    You Saying that your banking ops are Not responding even for you, to get MT103. So if they didn't respond forever.. Afterwards Who is the responsibility for my withdrawn money ?? It's Over $500.. Is it loss for me ??

    Please Answer my questions... I hope Payza never ignore this important questions..

    Mr. Marco will you please update me about my tracing document? Will I ever get my money? the money has not came in my bank and you have removed it from balance too so its like robbing my money. I m sorry for using bad words to but would you not feel the same if you were on my place that its like robbing? I paid all the fee completed all the formalities even then you not telling anything about my money

    Hello Marco, I'm still waiting for any kind of response from either you or banking operations. Should I check with the receiving bank in USA to find out what has happened to my funds that was transferred on July 18, 2012. It is now 5 weeks since my monies were bank wired to PAYZA.     Mr. Marco Are you on holiday? What happened to my papers? There is no update from you accept telling me that in a day or two I will get my complete swift message? Its ok if you have not sent the money and given me some fake trace id leave it just send my money now or just put my money again in my payza account so i can withdrawal it by bank transfer.

If you remember I have still not got my money and nor proof of sending wire and also you have stopped replying too about my case. After your looking even i have not got my money so its what else we should call it else then SCAM? You are just trying to delay things by just telling that you will look into the matter but the truth is that Payza is not sending withdrawals in practical otherwise after 30days you can't even give me proof of transfer of money forget the money in real. What reply you have for me and also forum member who can see in my case that you are just making excuses and nothing else. What else one will call it then SCAM? Tell me

    Hmm, there could be a few things that delayed the process. Most of the time it's either the bank deposit code or reference number not being included or not being correct.

    Go ahead and send our bank ops a support ticket with a proof of deposit. They will use the proof of deposit to determine what the issue was.

    You can submit a screen shot of your online banking or if you prefer scan a copy of the paper work you bank might have given you.

    Make sure the proof include the following information

    • Your full name as it appears on your bank account:

    • The name of your bank:
    • The recipient’s account number (Payza’s account):
    • The amount of the transaction:
    • The date of the transaction:

    Our bank ops will get back to you in a few days.

    Hi Lauriux6, you can expect the withdrawal to take 2-4 business days regularly however seeing is there is an influx of prepaid activity, it would be fair to expect it to maybe take a day extra. I'd say 4-5 business days until we get the days down. We strive have it bellow 2 days even we don't advertise that, should be back like that soon.

    Mr. Marco Stop Telling Lies to people People Like me are waiting for there money for more then a month and you say you sending in 2days WOW. I am waiting for more than $1800 from more than a month and forget the money you are still not able to give sending payment proof. Its like miss leading your customers.

    Also Very strangely I have Received below new reply from payza support just now. After One month payza support telling me that they have mailed there banking partners to send them my MT103. What strange reply. What you will say on this reply MR. Marco
