    Payza's efficiency standard has been getting worse & worse.

    My bankwire request has been siiting as Pending for over 8 business days as previously posted, which is more than double than your 2-4 business days.

    It's time to stop excusing "High Demand / Request" etc, if you can't provide the service you promised in your site with the current resources or any other reasons, you need to take proper measurements immediately.
    How longer do you want to keep turning your problems into your customers' inconvenience, we've been disappointed with these environment for over 4 months after Payza tookover Alert Pay.

    Hope your managements are aware of this terrible situation.

    I also have noticed a drop off in quality of service since the change over to payza. I am now waiting on two checks to arrive in the mail. One is really late compared to my previous experiences. The second I can`t really complain about yet, but I am very worried. There is egopay that has shown up on the scene of payment processors and seems to be connected in someway to payza. I Have not really checked it out. I hope some of us are not caught up in some kind of transition to another change over and are going to have to take the hit.

    Although our Jordanian members aren't eligible for our Payza issued prepaid card, it is possible to withdraw to your bank account by bank wire.
    It takes 2-4 days for the transaction to complete and cost $15USD.

    I understand your concerns and can assure you Payza is working towards bettering the services offered. For what it's worth a lot of the issues our members are experiencing are in fact due to a 300 percent increase in demand. We are well aware of this and are happy to let you know that last weekend we had a ticket marathon. Over 5000 tickets got taken care of, we are actually having another marathon this weekend and expect to tackle another large amount of issues.

    We want to get it out there that Payza and Egopay are not related other than Egopay being on of our authorized exchanger. That being said, you won't have to worry about transitioning unless you are directly involved in the HYIP industry.

    My account on hold for almost a month now with no genuine reason.
    Been so tired calling and emailing your company and it seems no one cares.

    For example;
    1st.Ticket #OEO-785-28913 on Jul 13th. <<< no response.

    2nd Ticket#MAY-189-64692 on Jul 17th.
    July 17th someone called Alex contacted me asking me for docs. >> I sent docs.immediately.

    3rd.Ticket#CYT-341-32405 on Jul 24th. << no response.

    Aug 3rd. I Called your support office, talked to someone called Carolyne after more than 40minutes of waiting. Again she asked for docs.
    I Sent all docs requested and more ...

    Aug 8th. today still problem not resolved !!!!!!!!!!!!!

    WHAT IS GOING ON??

    My account has been open with Payza or 'Alert Pay' for a number of months now. I haven't used it yet, mostly down to the absolutel horrors I here about the site daily. So what are your experiences in this section? Is Payza really worth the risk?
