    Hello,

    I am just wondering , are you allowed to withdraw to your creditcard/debit card. If i were to attach my debit card to Payza and after receiving funds am i able to withdraw it to my debit or credit card?


    I found some answers online but some say yes and some say no.

    As far as i could find out, they mentioned if your debit/credit card is attached and verified you can use it to withdraw funds.

    Please verify.

    He probalby won't. My bank transfer of July 3 didn't arrive while it has the status "completed" and he never responds, neither does the support service. There actually hasn't been support for several months now.

    Although you are able to deposit by Visa debit/credit you won't be able to withdraw funds from your Payza balance to your debit/credit card. You will however be able to order our prepaid card if your are eligible. This prepaid card will allow you to withdraw funds from your balance to your card to use at point of sale and ATMs.

    Payza ignores all the bank transfer issues at the moment, maybe they hope that the money will magically appear after a year or so.

    reference # A5879-4F5B9-3BD5B. It has been 13 days since I've wired my money to the payza account. My bank has verified that the funds have already been withdrawn but no update in my payza account? The funds are not there. A ticket has been submitted and no reply! I tried calling the USA phone number and it's always busy. Seems as if there is no customer support. I want to know what it going on. I have wired $3000 to you and do not know where it is. Getting very frustrated.

    I have filed a complaint with the BBB about my transaction. Payza reference number A5879-4F5B9-3BD5B. At this point, I would just like to have my money refunded in full to my bank. If you do not take action, I will take further action against you. Payza support tickets filed: #MPR-937-23432 AND #MID-371-87837

    I also have about $4,000+ USD being withdrawn from my online business into my Payza account. If I do not see my account credited in 15 days, I WILL TAKE FURTHER LEGAL ACTION.

    Marco, my payment has been reversed once again, and now I know why, can you one more time do that thing :

    Can you check my account seriously? Because I can't order a new prapaid card.

    1. I tried to order Prepaid card when my full name was wrong, and I ordered it. But, my payment was reversed.
    2. I changed my Full name, and now I want to order it again.
    3. I try to order Prepaid card, but I can't see banner.
    4. When I try to go to Manage My money - > Prepaid card. I can see only a note that says:

    Thank you for your interest!
    You have selected to pre-register for a
    USD Prepaid Card

    PLEASE HELP ME

    Report complaint to BBB and you will get a response. I placed a complaint with the BBB on 8/1/2012 and received a response from Payza support on 8/2/2012.

It happens that I pre-order the prepaid card which is the CAD canada, which contains up to the customer's name on the card. However, after reviewing my pre-order and my interests, I chose the WRONG card, since I want the card in the U.S. - TRUCASH. How do I cancel this pre-application card CAD?
