    Marco, can you answer my question, I don't have enough time to play around with it,

    Can you check my account seriously? Because I can't order a new prapaid card.

    Everything was like that ( please help me ) : Ticket ID #FTH-623-57431

    1. I tried to order Prepaid card when my full name was wrong, and I ordered it. But, my payment was reversed.
    2. I changed my Full name, and now I want to order it again.
    3. I try to order Prepaid card, but I can't see banner.
    4. When I try to go to Manage My money - > Prepaid card. I can see only a note that says:

    Thank you for your interest!
    You have selected to pre-register for a
    USD Prepaid Card

    PLEASE HELP ME

    Can someone at Payza please answer our support tickets instead of only helping people on this forum. I have been waiting on a bank transfer for 1 month now (since July 3) and Marco: you just ignore my question regarding why it's not arriving in my bank account. I'm confused... because you seem to have time to answer a few questions here on a forum while there's no support at Payza itself. No response whatsoever to our support tickets. If you can respond on this forum, you can also respond to our support tickets. Thanks in advance.
