    They never reply to support ticket no matter what ever your problem .
    After telling people so many good thing about them now i never recommend them to anyone.

    People who have alternative will never use them because of there ultra slow support. They take 26-60 days for replying support ticket should listed in world record.. Or support ticket member should be awarded with Oscar for quick service .

    Can you check my account seriously? Because I can't order a new prapaid card.

    Everything was like that ( please help me ) : Ticket ID #FTH-623-57431

    1. I tried to order Prepaid card when my full name was wrong, and I ordered it. But, my payment was reversed.
    2. I changed my Full name, and now I want to order it again.
    3. I try to order Prepaid card, but I can't see banner.
    4. When I try to go to Manage My money - > Prepaid card. I can see only a note that says:

    Thank you for your interest!
    You have selected to pre-register for a
    USD Prepaid Card

    PLEASE HELP ME

    If i am not wrong you have to wait atlist 30 days. But there frequently asked questions says it will take 7 days..

    been declined in Fri, Jul 20, 2012. When i can re-order the card? According to here i can re-order in three days https://helpdesk.payza.com/index.ph...-card-documents-were-declined-what-shall-i-do. But there is no re-order in my account is there any problems? Can you tell me how much time it will take to reorder banner?

    The transaction shows as being completed, are you still waiting for it to reflect in your bank account? Let me know how this develops, I know that sometimes the bank will take an extra couple of days before the funds are made available.

    If the transaction is completed, this means you will no longer be able to cancel it. You will have to contact the receiver and ask them to refund you the payment. If the other member is not responding, you may initiate a dispute from the resolution center built into your Payza account.
