    I wanted to ask why so long it takes to respond to ticket Payza?
    I have send 3 ticket and still nothing - first is from 15 June

    Hi There,How would you like to comment over below issue ?Woul appreciate if some one help me out to retrieve $700 from Payza that I sent through bank wire on 15th June, 2012 and unfortunately in spite of many support tickets, no response till the time. Even I submitted payment proof and now 25 days passed but no response. Help me out please. AND,I have already checked through my bank had already confirmed the transaction at desired destination. I tried several times on Payza helpline (UK,USA & CA) all three lines but no response instead an auto reply " Sorry, we are unable to contact you at the moment, please try again later" or like wise............ even one of my close friend over there in Canada also tried on phone but after hanging for long time again and again he hands up too. Another surprise from Payza that they would ceize all the funds if some one would contact their banking partners, so whats next? Not a scam? Or they invest our money for long time and return after.

    I wired 900$ almost a month ago to my Payza account - it didn't show up yet. No response to my ticket. The last one that I've sent is Ticket ID: FJT-168-65533
    Subject: bank wire deposit proof
    Department: Bank Wire Inquiries. I attached a proof of deposit - a sheet of operation details and a screen print of my online banking. Please push the case forward to finally fund my Payza wallet. I think I've lost enough time already.

    Dear Payza team...thank you finally funds in my account on 29th June. But now I have a problem...I have forgotten my transaction pin and security question/answer. I urgently need to pay for some transactions and cannot do so. I would appreciate a quick response I have sent ticket on 8th July as follows:

    How can i withdraw funds from Payza account in India?? My bank's local branch in which i have my account does not have a SWIFT code..so what should i do in this regard??

    I initiated a wire with this company (10K) on 6/27. It has never been credited and I feel like I have been scammed. There is no phone contact that I can get through on and tickets go unanswered. I would like some resolution to this by the end of the week. If I haven't heard from anyone, my new full time job will be finding out what happened to my cash and making sure this doesn't happen to other people. I don't care if you fine me for contacting your "banking partners". The treatment we have gotten as "customers" is the kind that should put ANY company out of business...including yours. I have an active ticket and here is the info:

    Hi, Anna am also a payza customer like urself, have been waiting for my account to credited 3k since 6/6/12, was initially frustrated with the delays, but was recently contacted by them couple of times for document clarifications and have been told my issue will be sorted out, will let u know if it does. If its any help.

    ive got a bit of advice since I've also been in ur situation in India banks like HDFC etc don't have individual branch swift codes they only have one main branch swift code for india incoming transfers u can google it easily. U just have to instruct when transferring "for further credit to ur account number #" hope this helps u.

    Hi,I am also a victim of Payza and dont think our money would be returned /credited in our accounts. Immagine payza customer care and professionalism that they are replying our tickets (after a long long time) with out reading the contents. Very Funny, I can give you all my proof of tickets sent to Payza against my query that $700 wired on 16th June, 2012 not credited in my payza account and instead they are sending their help how to wire . Isnt it funny?????? Is it customer care ???? wish you all the best,Regards,Iqbal

    hi mrb1129, I was using HDFC BANK as an example their swift code is only one for the whole India irrespective of the branch, so therefore if you want to transfer from payza to india in your account you need to get the swift code of your bank for HDFC IT'S HDFCINBBXXX for others It's usually easily obtained on google or simply call your account RSM. hope this helps u.

    Hi Iqbal, I think it must have something to do with the transition between alert pay and payza I agree that it's frustrating but hopefully they will get their act together and things will shape up.

    This is one of the reasons I am considering closing my account. I haven't even used it yet. If this type of stuff is going on with large amounts of money, I can only imagine what would happen to my small account.Cammer

    This is one of the reasons I am considering closing my account before I even use it. If accounts with large amounts of funds are not able to recieve funds or, people are not recieving their checks, what would happen to a small account like mine. I only need my account to recieve funds, but I do need the funds and be able to get to them.Cammer

    You guys are pathetic I was scammed 2 times and you guys just lay around uselessly and let it happen. I made claims both times within 20 minutes of sending payment and you both times failed to hold the money and let them withdraw it. How pathetic is that ....
