    Ok
i have been an affiliate for years and have been making many many sales
with CB . what many would consider a super affiliate.
from the years that i have been working with CB i always saw that when
CB did major changes to their system sales took a nose dive.
but this time i feel it is much worst then ever.
i am 10000% positive they have major CC processing issues.
here are some of the facts:

    1. multiple complaints from people who get their CC declined.

2.Batch sales (always a bad sign with CB ) , meaning could be a long period
of time without any sales and then suddenly a large number of sales in 1-2 minutes time frame. in the past we used to reffer to this as "CB Sales Gaps", but now its worst then ever.

    3. Larger % of paypal payments (which would seem to indicate a larger success rate to register to those fortunate enough to use paypal when registering to a CB site).

4.Low ROI, the conversion rate has dropped by hundreds of percents
for the same amount of traffic.

    5. Recent major changes to CB's system (it has always affected sales even if CB rejects the notion).

    6. many complaints by affiliates on this forum and other forums as well in a small time frame.

They say where there is smoke there is a fire.
the purpose of this thread is for someone on clickbank to take notice to the death crys of its affiliates. i know CB is watching these forums,
pick up the glove and admit to the problem, that would be a big step towards the solution.

i know CB blames the economy, i think the only reason to blame the economy may be if CB fired some tech guys off of their work-force :)

any other affiliates having problems please post here.

Clickbank is REGULARLY having CC processing issues, so I think everyone should already be used to this stuff...

I know it's dumb that they are not really doing much about this, but instead changing their site design...Well, if you don't like something, go for other networks.

Well I think that these problems have been spoken about time and time again and there must be something in it.

    However...

I think the question is not:

    "What is the problem?",

    but...

"What steps can we take to make Clickbank aware of this and fix it?"

For instance I think Taraff (sorry if I got your name wrong man:)) had a post where he tried a few different credit cards and they all got refused, what we need to do is video the footage so we have absolute proof there is a problem.

If there is a problem and people are losing out on orders and sales then CB will not admit anything unless we have proof!

    Just my 2 pence,

    All the best

    Chris

Your trying to stop it from raining............... you can debate all day long, in the end it doesn't matter what anyone says on this forum. Find something that works and replicate it.

This is thread 9999999 on this topic, and not one of them, written well or other has changed anything.

Clickbank problems have been running on forever;)

Just an idea, what about creating a petition and posting the link on this forum?? I'm sure that "MANY" will sign it.:)

The petition should include more or less that the cb payment processor rejects perfectly valid transactions at times and we as affiliates need a solution.

If the petition is successful and it got some thousands signs im sure that clickbank cant ignore it...

It will serve as a way to tell clickbank that if it was not for us affiliates and publishers - clickbank is nothing. We are the blood of clickbank and therefore we expect a reliable platform.....:)
