The Novelty Money System - Redesigned Template Homepage - Please Review

    I have had this website for almost 3 years now and I was looking at the design yesterday because it hasn't really made much money in recent weeks. I completely scrapped the old frontpage built homepage and used Serif to create a new homepage. I had to add the footer from the old page, so please only review up to where the first Paypal button is. I want to know if it is easy to read and any tips and hints on sales ideas would be great.

    The color scheme and the ad placement is not bad but I think you should get
    a logo for the site.
