I saw the whole game, and Brady scored in the opening minutes of the fourth quarter but then was replaced by the guy from USC who no one really cares about lol.

They have played Dallas when they were undefeated on the road, and mustered them. Then they came from behind against the Colts in the fourth quarter, and they were on the road as well. Well yea you can make a case that the rest of the teams have been shitty, oh but wait they have been beating em by 3 touchdowns :rolleyes:!!! If you still have doubt in how the Pats are, just wait till the playoff :D.

wow, you must have a much stronger stomach than I do, I would have shut it off @ halftime if I were watching it!!

the way NE is playing they could outscore the NFC pro bowl team by 3 TD's!

But Dallas has not played a single tough team outside of the Pats.. I'm not sure I would be boasting about beating Dallas... They are good, but they are in a division that is horrible..

I don't argue your first point.... But Jer, you ignorant slut.

NFC East is not "horrible". In fact other than the AFC South, it is the only division in the entire league where all the teams are .500 or better.

You want to talk horrible??? Try the NFC West! Hands down the worst in the entire league.

When all the teams in the division are equally sucky, it's pretty easy (sad) to claim .500 or better.. Put them against teams that are worth a darn, and that .500 turns to mush..

    Back to you Dan!!!

Well not only do I have a stonger stomach, but just the love to see dominance and perfection at its best. But the scary thing is that of all the teams that have gone 10-0 in history only 5 of them have made SuperBowl . Recent examples of great regular seasons and playoff blunders would be last year's 14-2 Chargers, then Indy with the same record a couple of years ago, and Randy Moss' 15-1 Vikings that lost in the SuperBowl in '98. It just seems that by the time playoffs come around these dominant regular forces are dealt with, hopefully this wont be the case with the Pats .

Don't you think you have said that enough? Really, we get your point .

I heard that, AFC used to be riddled with teams that would go 14-2 or similar and then loose their first playoff game!

I don't think NE will fall into that trap. They've had some tough sledding in a couple of games but for the most part they have dismantled everyone else. Plus, they'll have a bye and HFA throughout more than likely

Well they have dominated so far like no other team, but it's just that when a team plays so hard in the regular it seems that their dominance all of a sudden fades when it really matters. Hopefully this wont happen to the Pats .

there again, I don't think we should lump this years NE team along with some of the other crash and burn playoff losers of the past. barring IND like injury bug, I think they roll all the way to AZ

    bah!

but for us, that would be an improvement over the past decade!!

considering it's been a long time coming to get into the playoffs - and win a game, anything else is just a bonus.
