What are some of your ideas on what will be the next big thing/niche.

In my opinion the next big thing will be sites that deal with eco-friendly topics, like recycling, fuel efficiency, stuff like that.

    What about you?

Eco sites have been around for awhile now. A social that has everything in one place and is faster is my guess.

I don't know whether a universal language AIM program will be the next big thing. It would require people to speak perfectly in order for it to translate correctly, which is something that most people don't do.
