I am trying to get new Adsense Account from 3 months with my blogger blog but it`s not activated he is not saying right reason. I Don`t know exact new rules.anybody help...
Well, have you been using any black hat seo methods or any type of bots or clickers etc? Because Google can sniff that right out =]
Most probably you do violation their policy.... You don't have any goog content... Check out adsense PP and then you could write them.
Try checking out what the matter is, email Google about it if you can, they'll review your account and see if you preformed any illegal activities, and unlock or block your account accordingly
Firstly read their guidelines if you haven't read yet and then send request. Check you blog Plugins and content and fix the errors if it has. Reading the guidelines will give you good ideas and solutions about your problem. If you didn't find anything then contact them via mail or anyhow let them know about your problem. Probably they visited your blog and it sucked. Make it a lot better and then try again. Think about blogs you actually visit because you find them useful and informative, and make one like that.
Make sure your blog has some content, try updating it and making it look nice, and you should have no problem.
