    If goophone has not been officially "done up" then there is no infringement, at the moment. Although, I would bet pretty heavily that if Google decided to go with that as a name, being the big guy, they would get their way. Especially since the domains were bought speculatively, likely with intent to "domain-squat" Who knows, though, just my read on the whole thing :)

    Good spot www.freegoophone.com - There you go, that is dead proof they are doing something with goophone it was probably meant to be top secret but obviously one publication in the world got some inside information, and I helped distribute that information.
