Lots of people waiting for the answer from Google, but remember google delivers different answers for different members as per my previous experience particularly images near ads... In this case, though google says no problem for him, but still everyone has to confirm with google before implementing..
Google normally doesn't take this long to reply to emails. I sent a email to them the other day and got a response within 6 hours.
No thanks, I think I'll take the clicks where someone has to sift through for ads and then they get to mine. This means they're looking hard. Unless... I can put it on my sites, then it's ok.
your jay young adsense newsletter link didn't use any backgrounds behind the two adsense blocks on that page, so why is he telling people that it's o.k. to do it?
i think its totally against TOS if not this then anyone make a games site and put adsense on thos images so this is an easy method to get clciks just think how much CTR rises well if you put more hearts also it is against TOS

Guys am sorry to announce that this is AGAINST TOS, so Please dont use it in your websites, i'll continue to work hard to find new ideas to increase adsense revenue and CTR, this attempt was very FUN and challenging for me but too bad its AGAINST TOS Official Adsense Response: cheers.
