the name "page rank" ?

I did not know the name "PageRank" come form "Larry Page Rank" .. I thought it is because the ranking of the page .. lol

how many of you know that ?

i heard of it before, but some years ago i thought it would be because of the ranking of pages....

 

I think it's a combination of both. If he was called Larry Porkhomovskiy I don't think he'd have called it PorkhomovskiyRank.

 

I have not come across it before now...
