    Why are you selling this site?
    Selling because of the busy life and no free time.

    How is it monetized?
    Google Adsense, but you can use any other ad network.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    Yes. Facebook page with 1600 like, Twitter 1400 followers, Google+, Pinterest, Youtube channel with 900+ subscribers.
    1500+ user subscribed to our email updates.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    It depend on what you want to do. The last article was published more than 6 months ago since then I've just updated few plugins and wordpress.

    Traffic
    Its an established website with +20000 pageview monthly. We use 2 different google analytics accounts: 1 for desktop users and 2nd for mobile users. Google Analyics link to this profile show only Desktop pageviews only. I am here for every proof that you need.

    80% of traffic come from Google Search. (see attached image, and if need additional proof just ask me)

    So if you know how to manage a website then you can make a good revenue from it.

    UPDATE: Added Adsense account. You can see that website's monthly revenue is $30-35 without doing anything. All traffic is from Google Search and if you start publishing on social media you can drive more traffic to the site. ALso note that website traffic is automatically increasing day by day.
