The "must have" hacks for vB 3

I'm going with vBSEO.. please feel free to name all the must haves wether it be paid or free (vB.org).

 

I use Automatic Thread Tagger. Since nobody actually adds tags, this extension does the job automatically.

 

Is that available for 3x? I only see that for vB4.0?
