The Most Scientific Man in the World Believes in God

I want to know how God created this world. I am not interested in this or that phenomenon, in the spectrum of this or that element. I want to know His thoughts; the rest are details.

Einstein used god in a poetic sense. He used the word god to describe the complexities of the universe and of physics. He made this clear on numerous occasions and now it's only the dishonestly of the religious that allows this filthy lie to continue.

If you want to know what he actually believed he made it very clear in articles and letters that he wrote.
letter to Guy H. Raner Jr, July 2, 1945, responding to a rumor that a Jesuit priest had caused Einstein to convert from atheism

letter to Guy H. Raner Jr., Sept. 28, 1949

responding to Rabbi Herbert Goldstein's question "Do you believe in God?" (i suggest you read up on Spinozas god before claiming Einstein was a theist, Spinoza's god was a "mother nature" figure.)

Albert Einstein, letter to an atheist

Albert Einstein, "Religion and Science," New York Times Magazine, November 9, 1930

it's funny how religious people only ever take the words of others literally, Yet when it comes to the contents of their own holy books they are all to quick to shout "context, context! It's taken out of context!"

Albert Einstein became a christian later on in life and rejected a lot of his own work. We only usually study his work and not his life @ school

and yes I do believe in evolution

Big bang theory, it's all about coincidence and chance. No big guy waved his magic wand .......

And where did you learn these facts? I would be very interested what you think supports your propositions.

It sounds more like something you made up or were indoctrinated with. I don't think it has anything with the truth.

What the OP stated is wrong as stOx has pointed out.

Secondly, he is dead so is not in the world right now.

Thirdly, it is a matter of opinion as to whether he is the most scientific man ever to be on the world. Personally, I would attribute that accolade to Newton.

Who knows how Einstein interpreted the meaning of "God" but there definitely isn't enough to that statement to make a definitive statement either way! ;)

Nobody knows, Yet. No matter how certain people are that a magic man done it, We just don't know, Yet. A lack of an answer isn't a reason to invent a supernatual, unprovable, nonsensical answer.

If we will forget about that "magic man" and supernatural things.

    I really dont understand it.

As you know the first ideas was about universe is infinite of universe, then scientifics came with Big Bang Theory.Dont you think that there is 2 answers to this question :

1-There was something before big bang, and that made big bang. It is against to Big Bang Theory, is not it ?
2-There was not anything, that it means that the universe were created from zero. If something had been created then there must be a creator ?

    Your sugestions.. ?

    1. It is not. The first things in existence were subatomic particles and plasma which then formed the basic elemements, and so on.
    2. There was nothing you know of. Remember the basic physical law. There was a lot of things, and those things just formed another thing. Eistein wasn't able to finish the theory of relativity because he can't approximate the value of the sum of all the masses in the universe. That's what on the other side of the equation. :)

I like this logic: Einstein believed god - ergo - god must exist (especially when the premise is false)

BTW, I won't be available this April 29th, I have something to do:

Where did God come from? From nothing? You see - this can apply both ways.

Secondly, the universe (according to bb theory) has come from singularity - not from nothing. That's a great difference...
