My company want to swtich our hosting from a small local company to some bigger one. There are not much visitor for our site. However, we do heavy email and can't afford any downtime. If price and bandwidth is not a concern, which host do you recommand?

If money is not a problem I would say go with a dedicated server, it would run you any where from $70 to about $200 depending on where you go and the configuration but dedicated servers are usually better with uptime especially if you are the only site on it.
