    How can you build backlinks from PR 10 websites (google) if you don't have any website or blog, means it doesn't exist right? First you need at least one blog/site to optimize to get high PR by building backlinks with high PR websites. So the point is Backlinks.

    If I had to choose I would have to say great content with properly researched keywords.

    With great content and researched keywords, a small amount of people may find your site because of the great keywords, and they will start linking back to it for you because of the great content. That can start to snowball into higher rankings, and thus more visits from your target audience. :)

    Im suprised to find every one saying the same, although I do agree but the mainn thing I start to do when building a site ready for SEO is find a bloody good host!

    You can have great content, backlinks blah blah! But if you host is down more than up then you have a problem surely?
