I would say google or youtube. There are soooo many links going there and even if you took off the content, you cuold easily set up redirects.
Hacker.com and Hacker.net are for sale as well, but using an auction/bid model. I think they would have a better chance of selling for $11m than CodeHacker.com would.
You cannot compare full websites sales to domain sales. Sex.com will probably remain the king in what just a domain name alone is worth. It is short, hard to typo, everyone knows what the domain is about before they click or type it in, and let's face it just about every internet user on the planet has typed sex.com into their browser--or will at some point in their life.
