Thanks for the info on this service, I will have a more in depth look at it. I have been considering join BANS for the last few months but have been putting it off due to me having tried countless other schemes that have not gleaned the results I have been expecting.

What have you been doing to promote these sites to get these results in 30 odd days?

 

The sites are hosted by MT, so they do a fair bit of SEO themselves, I've been boosting this by writing articles galore, of which I have a certain flair and proficiency being a keen writer anyway, on top of this submitting my sites to as many directories as possible with high page rank, also joining relevant forums and promoting my sites via signature links, writing on relevant blogs with good content adding a link to my site/s, again, the higher the page rank the better and now looking at social bookmarking to see how this can aid me in receiving more natural human traffic.

I prefer to get as much organic traffic as possible via all these means.
