Somebody who designed this has an active imagination, likes things a bit different and doesn't care about normal stuff like "usability" and "standard navigation systems". You know what I mean, like one of those "Jim Carey" types!
I love his creativity. He knew when he was hiring a web designer for his personal site that he wanted it to be "weird", and this site says Jim Carrey all over it.
