    Your attitude (or your employees attitude) to this amazes me.

    I've already spoken out about the issue (which one of you has brought up) over at webhosting talk - http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=976170

    To which not one single representative of your company has made contact with me about this. Is there anywhere else you've brought this up? I ask myself why you can't be professional and get in touch with me (the Managing Director) about this issue.
