Hello, i've have articles in e zine ( 20 in number ) go articles and article dashboard, ten in each. I go into yahoo, and hardly any links and maybe only one or two from the sites above. They have been online for three weeks now.

Also my site is 2 months old, i type in link:site and nothing in google, i am pinging and linking yet nothing is starting to show.

Any advice from the senior surf masters.

    Cheers guys

Firstly - the link: operator in Google is pretty broken. I would use link: in Yahoo instead for a slightly more accurate picture of your inbound links.

But I wouldn't be confident that you'll find all of your links in Yahoo either - search engines don't give much weight to links on a site like ezine, especially if the content isn't too unique. Article submission should just be one small part of your link building strategy - try to get links from other places too.

Try SEO spyglass by link assistant. They have a free version you can download. The free version has pretty limited features but it does a pretty good job of checking the links
