    every natural source of water is unique. no two wells/surges/rivers/lakes will have the same exact chemical composition. its properties (hard/"beneficial natural elements" and so on) come from the surrounding soil. no need to postulate that there is a god or angel down there peppering the water with minerals following a divine recipe
