The max CTR ...

    If all my clikcs are valid-(90% of them from different users) and my CTR is 20% google will ban my google adsense or not...?

    Why he ban your account if your impressions are valid and not from single IP and user.... You are safe don't worry...
    Make sure your content of the site does not violates the policy, or you are doing doing any black hat technique.
