    Dear fellow members,

Long time reader, first time poster. Here we go

After reading non stop trying to absorb as much information as possible, i finally have thought of a unique ebook which i am in the process of developing. I have done basic market research looking at my competition, ppc, keywords, and so on. I am now ready to take the next step...

This is where i am looking for knowledge, help, suggestions, and so on on how to make my project a success. I really don’t want to mess this up by not thinking / planning things through or asking around for advice.

Assuming that the ebook is ready to go (priced around $50) what advise would you give? Possibly break it down into a step by step process. Tips, possible sales models to emulate, software, books, ANYTHING marketing related would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance
    Etank

i would try to make it more specific than "marketing" there are 1000's of text books on "marketing"

Choose a specific marketing technique in which you have expertise and write it.

    Hi Etank,

If you've never marketed an eBook before, I'd suggest looking into some Joint Ventures with others who have. This is a good way to get off the ground, and both parties should benefit from the endeavor - you by acquiring the skills of a seasoned marketer, and the seasoned marketer by the content and quality of your eBook. I'd suggest fishing around in forums for methods/strategies for creating JVs, and you should find all the info you need.

    Best of luck. :)

    Sam
