"The Marketing Challenge 20'000 extra uniques in a month whose in, Come on "

What do you consider "a lot" of blogs. How many comments would you say you left? That's something I know I need to do more of.

 

I spent about 4 hours visiting blogs and leaving comments.

 

Although I'm way behing the target for this challenge, as I've not been able to work much on my sites lately, I got some traffic yesterday from Stumble Upon. I added a new post for Anchor Texts and Keywords which got stumbled. As a result, I got around 250 unique visitors in a day, from Stumbleupon referrers.

 

When you leave comments on blogs do they let you put your own website?

 

Most blogs do yes

I also us www.reddit.com and www.bumpzee.com for traffic.

 

Also another way I have been getting traffic from stumbleupon is by getting people to add you as a friend. My username is n3rdism on stumbleupon, every one else taking part in this challenge make sure to add each other as this will help us get more traffic from stumbleupon.

Wow, that's impressive. 4 hours of blog posting doesn't sound like much fun but for 1000 extra uniques I should definitely give it a try.

You must be submitting Blog comments like crazy to get 1000 unqiues from Blog comments only Or better yet, you must be posting them on high traffic blogs. Can you share the list of blogs you post comments to?

 

Is no real secret as to where I get list of high traffic blogs go to mybloglog and blogcatalog look at top rating sites that simple

 

I'm also using mybloglog to find blogs to comment on. It is useful since you can look for blogs that are similar to your topic.

 

I use mybloglog often is a good steady source of traffic to your blogs. I have also been trying latley stumbleupon seems to bring good traffic and isn't as picky as digg on stories.

just to give an update on my progress i got 5 signup witch im loving the most out of my progress i think i had about 40 or more uniques, i have been blogging and posting from 9 this morning so happy that im seeing some good results.

Whoa! 15,000 uniques already. Thats quite an achievement. Should congratulate you for that

 

Instead of the introductory show happening tonight at 6pm, it's going to be tomorrow (Thursday) at 6pm eastern time, b/c I'm swamped with some client work, and will hopefully have at least most of the show site / blog finished by then. Regular shows however will still be Wednesdays with a few exceptions (like holidays).

 

Nice, to see everyone is coming along well with the challenge. I will meet this challenge this month.

I've found using every social networking site you can and submit every article you write to work the best , also commenting on high rating blogs is also good for traffic
