Why are you selling this website?

 

I've decided that I need to focus on my real goals in life, ie. writing and directing my first feature film. Since I've spent an uncountable number of hours and days working on The Lost Blog, tweaking the design and code or writing posts, it's really hard for me to part with the site, but after thinking a lot about it I decided that it was probably the best thing for me personally.

Also, I think the site and the Lost online community would get a boost from a new owner/editor who has new ideas and hasn't been writing on the subject during the last 1,5 years.

I'm still a big fan of the show and I love the site, but on a personal level I felt that it was the right decision to pass the site on to a new owner.

 

Would you be willing to go down on the price and accept installments, weekly ones via paypal if that was the case?

I suppose I could consider weekly payments, but I would prefer a direct sale with full payment.

As for lowering the BIN, because I assume that is what you are referring to, I really think the site is worth at least $3000. Feel free to make any kind of offer though, either here or through pm.

As a little trivia, The Lost Blog is worth $81,293.76 according to this site. I know those numbers might be a bit inflated, but in my humble opinion the site is worth at least the $4,500 BIN.
