Yeah they do, check the google cache and you will see the links that were indexed at that time.

They stay around until 15 new comments have been made.

That is some interesting tips given there, but how should one go about with promoting a web site? What's the best approach? I found a few blogs, but how does one separate the good ones from the bad ones. This one for example:

What would be the effect of writing there and want they just kick someone off, if they don't like what someone writes?
