I run a dj site and there are some users uploading music to sites like Mediafire.com, Sendspace.net, Rapidshare.net and Zshare.net. What is the legal side of this for me ? Can I be responsible for what they post ? I have djs form all over the world and there is no way I can know what is legal from country to country. I put up a discalimer that reads "This is an international site, Therefore you are bound to the copyright laws in your country of residence and we cannot be held responsible for your actions."

Can anyone please let me know if this is legal ?

    Thank You

I actually just posted this link in another thread and it's a good fit for you. http://www.eff.org/wp/iaal-what-peer-peer-developers-need-know-about-copyright-law. Read it CAREFULLY...
