    I'm not sure. It sure is a shiny slide. It even has a nice safety feature at the end to help slow the child down so they don't go screaming off the end of the slide.

    You'd think they put sand (or maybe a small bowl) to catch the child at the end.

    Perhaps it's cause it's so shiny that the sun reflects too much on it and hurts kids eyes. Or it gets too hot in the sun.
