This is not an option I would suggest in the normal course. but if someone is in real need to withdraw money from PayPal and use it. Then you can try this. (only if you have Credit Card) 1) Withdraw money to Credit Card. This will take around 3 to 4 days to reflect on your credit card. 2) Find any merchant nearby you who will help you out in getting cash out of it. Generally anyone will charge you around 4 to 8 percent. Many of Jewelry store owners will help you out in this. 3) Pay your credit card bill on time to avoid any additional charges being levied on your credit card bill. The above option to withdraw money from paypal is applicable only if you have a valid CC.
