    Hello

I have a quick question for you guys,

I bought a couple of things from The Laser Image Company based down in Brighton (UK). But it turns out that they person who took our pictures took our cash and never gave us our product.

its a shame that The Laser Image Company ( http://laserimageco.com ) can't live up to their claims or being a great business. I have tried to contact the owner but no awnser.

its only 49.99. Should I just leave it? or is there really anything else that I can do to get my money back?

Dispute the charge with your cc company or paypal. I wouldn't of personally sent money to a site that looks that childish and even has a hit marker at the bottom of it.

Give them a phone call, but you should really check a domains whois for before buying a product from them.

This statement is totally inaccurate as the services we offered in Brighton for the past two years until recently were handed to the customer within minutes of taking the image. This has been the case until Mid-Sep when the laser was moved to a shopping mall for Christmas period.

The individual that posted this comment is very well known to me and my family and is clearly an attempt to discredit our family run business and I will be discussing it with them in person as they quite obviously have some issues.

All I can say is. we have been in business for three years now, and in this time of the hundreds of customers we have served and bought our products, less than a handful have not been satisfied which in all cases was due to image quality as young children are often challenging to capture a really good 3D image. In EVERY case, I have given a full refund as its not in my interest to have unhappy customers.

Why not contact us during normal business hours to find out more laserimageco.com , as we have also just launched a 2-3D service where you can now send us the picture over the internet for us to convert into a 3D picture of your loved ones in crystal.

Finally I have asked for this link to be removed, but if they don’t, and you use our service, I would appreciate it if you would also sign-up for an account here which is very easy and tell the world how you found our service.

Thank you in advance for ignoring the original post.

At the time of posting this on the 28th of June I can clearly state that all information provided is incorrect. I'm sure that they run a smooth ship so to speak and have many happy customers.

Can't remember what we argued about at the time but it was unfair to post such information and wanted to set the record strait.

Although posting in this topic and bringing it strait to the top was a bad idea. For future don't reply otherwise your just going to make it worse
    Apologies
