Well, http://nututorials.com have just passed 12,695 tutorials just for Photoshop, there are also many more tutorials for other graphics application too.

I can't submit sites to nututorials

 

Nututorials tutorials seem to be all stolen (or at least, not naturally accumulated) or something, it is a PR0 site.

Also, you get an error when submitting but it is still submitted.

same here, I use it a lot on my photos BUT I always feel like I'm just scratching the surface of the potential is give me!!
