First of all: when I hover the mouse over your links i can barely see them...and that's because their color is very closed to the background color. And that's a minus. If I were you, I could optimize your front page with the text from the links from your menus because they're all good keywords targeted to your web site. And add the title tag to your links in the menus. That counts a lot !
There's a keyword research tool, right here at DP. Just type in your main keyword and see what else comes up and how many searches. Google "free keyword tools" and you'll find some others to help you find longer tail keywords. -all4one
