"The keyword phrase doesn't currently trigger any of your ads."

Hi... a request for some advice...

I have set up a new campaign for my google keyword tool web site.

Although more than a week ago, still no impressions or ad serving, and I get the above error message from Google.

Can you see why ?

Is there something wrong with my site or with the campaign ?

anyone had this issue before ?

I have three adwords accounts.. All had successfully running campaigns..

All campaigns are now not showing ads with the same reason cited.
One account stopped showing ads on 28th Of April.. one on 1th of May and the final one today..

Dont now what is happening..

 

How do you contact them ? (google...)
What can be done?

 

I wrote them through their support form..

They are currently investigating what is going on..

 

i noticed this problem too. ill give it another day and if it doesnt go away ill request for support.

perhaps my ads are still being "approved".. what a slow process!

i think the approval status is needed before anything is displayed on its network for certain keywords

 

No.. It was not their approvement process in my case.. because my ads where already running.. Then stopped..

I received a mail from them yesterday and my ads have now started again.. Apparently my account was under investigation and they forgot to notify me.

 

I got exactly the same problem. Could you post here when you get it solved?

 

It is solved.. Contact google adwords through the link in the top right hand corner of the adwords display.
