    I run a busy chat site and have many regular chatters in the chat rooms every hour of every day. I wanted to play a prank on them, so I built The Joke Chat Room.

    It is just a bit of a prank you can play on your mates.

    Which is why I say not for the faint hearted. Although to be honest, I got the timing totally out. It didn´t scare my girlfriend, and she is scared of cartoons!
