How much is it for additional bandwidth? Do you have any cheaper servers that can host a basic webserver?

Windows is great being that you can run it similar to a regular computer, but unless you know how to manage IIS and the Windows DNS System, or do an Apache/MySQL/PHP etc Build for Windows (not really recommended unless you want to run both ASP and PHP or other scripting languages at the same time [Still not recommended..]) If you still want Windows, you should invest in a control panel (Plesk) which will make managing the server/services much easier etc. If you are familar then Windows Webserver Edition is 14.95/m For linux, which is great if you want to run Apache/PHP/MySQL you would be best off with cPanel or Plesk (cPanel being the preferred). cPanel would be the basic GUI which you can manage most of the services with through the web interface. For the most part we will be able to help or fix any other issues that come up if you don't know your way around SSH.
The P4 1.5's will do just fine for that, but I don't know what we have available at the moment, we aren't actively selling those but if we get a cancel or something comes available we can let you know if you want..
