Hey peeps,I felt like I should make a thread about everything related to getting paid to blog since I feel like it's the correct direction every n00b should go through, that and GPT websites lol.

I am no expert on the topic but I would like to be.

My main focus right now is preparation since most websites need a blog that has been around the block a couple of times(about three month's).

So what I plan on doing is registering/making about 5-10 blogs or more and send the right amount of traffic to each.I was thinking like about 1-2 post a week for three month's before I register with a company.

Here's the companies I am interested in order

    http://www.payu2blog.com/
    http://www.smorty.com/
    http://payperpost.com/
    http://www.sponsoredreviews.com/
    http://www.linkworth.com/

feel free to mix it up according to relevance

I will add more like Niche selection and traffic strategies.....feel free to add it for me

The bad thing for doing getting paid to blog is your site gets punishment from Google and your page rank went down to a big fat ZERO (perhaps negative territory if Google applied), and gone your advertisers. This is so painful for a blog with 3 year old up.

I could care less about pagerank and all that jazz I am just interested in making about 900 dollars a month(about 3 blogs or so).I just need a few ideas on what kind of blog/s I should put up.

    Computers
    Women
    Health
*top three on my list of the top of my head*

Also I would like to know how long do they keep you on payroll.I was thinking of registering about 3 new blogs every three month's just incase they drop me.

I'm really hearing good things about payu2blog,it's really good for throwaway blogs and quite the opposite for blogs you actually want to build up and achieve a solid business with.

*edit* feel free to add basic blog traffic strategies, nothing special.I plan on coming back to this thread in the future...thx in advance:)

If you are in the US, 900 dollars per month with three blogs is a cakewalk. I could do that just by writing for Payperpost!!

You can mint money blogging. You just need to invest a couple of bucks and in notime you can get them all back.I am going to release an E- book on that shortly.SO, check out in the BST section in a couple of weeks time! :)

IMO weight loss and health seems to be the biggest niche
    and Finance

but the trick is to be so niche, your niche is niche. lol like a blog on heart conditions, for example.
general health blogs don't do so well

and another major tip is do NOT, ever, go crazy buying or selling links. And if you are going to blog for money or buy/sell links, don't let your site become too general. I don't buy from sites that are obviously niche with very obviously not so niche content. Like a health blog with paid posts for the iphone.

I don't buy from blogs that have links to pharmaceuticals, steriods or gambling either.

You need to do your best to keep your Google PR. Many advertisers don't buy blog review from PR0 blog.
