I can write all the day about that. I lived for one year there (Pristina). First, it is estimated that in year 2020. kosovo albanians will reach population bigger than Serbian nation (now there is above 2 millions kosovo albanians, and about 7 millions of Serbs and dropping for few thousands every year). (calculate number of children per kosovo albanian family) Second, ignoring government and law. They are tribe oriented muslims with internal laws. Hardly educated. Never payed for electricity, water, any taxes..... Third, lobbying hard, and there are millions of kosovo albanians around the world. Fourth, uneducated people, easily manipulated by leaders. Speaking like one, talking like one, thinking like one. Fifth, terrorized Serbian citizens in ways common to really savage people up to 1999. And, especially up to 1989 when police forces was with majority of kosovo albanians. Thousand Serbs was forced to escape leaving homes. It was not enough, so they created terrorist organization, in time of Yugoslavia crisys, killing and raping. Burning churches and monasteries from early time of Christianity. Just to kill roots and change history. Six, unemployment is now 43% so with such a growth of population there is not bright future for better life and for now there is no Serbia to make them usual suspects and point fingers in gov saying they are guilty. Even Serbia invested $17 billion. Seven, corruption - bigger than ever. Only dozen of people own whole economy there. No one Serb will accept that until yesterday anyone of us lived in Serbia and now living in foreign country. I can do more but there is no need. I do not care how is gonna be interpreted or taken by other members. But there is hard to find any country who will allowing that for decades like it was on Kosovo and Metohija. And no one country in the world wouldnt give up in fight for own country by any legal mean. Anyway, congratulations to NATO, US and EU.

Do you remember anything about Sllobodan Milosevic ? And Are you talking about 1998 ? Should I start posting videos of what Serbians did to Kosovo children and innocent women ? It started long time ago against Bosnia and it continued again with Kosovo so things that Serbians did to Kosovo Albanians are a total holocaust. Hello Olgi, Well, I am a little bit older than you. And I remeber how it was before Milosevic who became powerful at first place to terror terror of kosovo Albanians against non albanian citizens. I lived there in that time. How about 1981? Also, hundreds of thousands of albanians flew over open borders to escape most terrifying Enver Hoxa regime there (Albania) and they was settled on Kosovo. Ottomans always applied indulgence policies in Balkans. You really have no clue about history, or you're perfectly mistaken by sources which are not objective at all.
Maybe make Abhaziya and South Ossetiya independent too? Since no laws are followed, he can do that if he wants it. Later on these territories will be russian since majority of their population hold russian passports and willing to join Russia. Let's wait and see. Rght now, Putin officially said he will not follow these rules of breaking laws/deals/conventions.
In every Communist country its obvious that human rights are not even mentioned thats why in Albania during Enver Hoxha's time we had difficulties but that doesn't mean we left Albania as it was impossible as Enver's main concern was Army and he spent every single dime constructing fortification. Olgi, maybe I was not clear: I have nothing against independence of kosovo albanians. But I have a lot against their independence on serbian soil. And specially I am against discrimination of Serbs living there. We can post images all the night (personally I do not have any). There was terror. On both sides. But nothing started with Milosevic. It is easy to say.
