Once I heard a saying: "Don't argue with the stupid cuz they drag you to their level and then beat you with experience", but hey I'll take the risk :D

Prizren League Building, now reconstructed after the Serbian army destroyed it. You are right to some point when you say we don't have much of the heritage. Maybe because the Serbs destroyed everything Albanian?

You want older than 200 years, here you go: Albanian Castles

I really tried to get your point here, but trust me I couldn't. I'm not ignoring you here, just can't get your point. Could you be more clear, please?

FYI, it's an ethnical map, showing all regions where the Albanian population is majority. We don't claim it, and we won't. All we want is that our people be treated right and fairly, and not chased out of their homes.

Again, a personal opinion of yours. Please provide a link to a source which cites one of our leaders [government] claim Greater Albania. While on the other hand, Slobodan Milosevic, Vojislav Seselj, Ratko Mladic, Radovan Karadzic, all claim Velika Srbija (and just by coincidence, they all are war criminals accused for genocide and were, or will be, trialed on the Hague International War Crimes court)

Is this the earliest you can go back. Does this mean that there were no Serbs before 1350 AD?

If I couldn't provide you with a map that is from 1350 AD and it doesn't say anywhere Germany, France, Italy but instead Prussia, Galia, Rome, respectively, will you say those lands were Serbian before, c'mon you're not that stupid... or you might be, who knows (Srbija do Tokija:p)
    Update your info here

@hexinator: You are a little bit offside and wrong. Albania is not a "Saint" or "Holy" Country...
The Greeks know from the past times like in WW2, UCK, whats was the position of the Albanian "Goverment".
But its all funny and easy for Albanians. Like the Roads.... :D

@ST12: I agree partially with you. I cannot find any similarity to Palestinians/Israelis with the Albanians/Slavians/Wanna-be-Macedonians....

As a guy said in another topic.

Harry , you have to accept some facts which you might not find acceptable but its the truth

    - "Having a corrupted Government doesn't mean every single Albanian deals with drugs , prostitutes or whatever illegal other activity"

    - There is no holy or saint country in this world. Move on , life is too short

As for the roads of Albania , at least we have advanced a lot of if you see that Albania has just 18 years of independence. I have many Greek friends and almost all of them were questioning the situation in Albania and I invited them here so they could see the "funny roads"

You have the right to love or to hate any single population but never ever discriminate innocent people just because of their ethnicity. Don't forget who where in charge for the constructions of the stadiums in 2004 and I doubt you would be in time without the help of your neighbors.

Now I know your point , perhaps 1 million Albanians are a bit too much in Greece but the same thing happened with Greeks back 40 years before when they went to Germany , USA or Australia.

Show respect to the ones who respect you as its something reciprocal that an adult must have. If someone is better than you , don't try to find ridicules opinions to backup your ideas , move on , show the world that you are the best. Only in that way you can make your country proud of you.

We all gonna die one day , but the name behind us will move on and all will say :

"This was Harry , the man of the justice, law and respect"

Thanks for your time and hope Olympiakos qualifies today :)

    Cheers

lol Olympiakos is really bad (Aint gonna qualify, really, Chelsea is top class)

I hate the Albanian Goverment. Not the people.

The thing is how anyone sees it.
From a point of view Albanians were cheering about Kosovo, but from another point of view when this happened all christian churches were destroyed.
From a point of view, Albania needs to show class, if Albania wants to enter European Union.
We arrested 17N (Greek Terrorist Group) while UCK (Albanian Terrorist Group) is under no control and its killing people for fun.
You say you know my point about 1 million Albanians in Greece.heh If it was only 1 million and only Albanians that would be nice, excellent. We got Turks,Slavians,Curds, Bulgarians, Africans and some India People. Thats about 2.5 million most of them unregistred. The place here is like hell, but i could have been worse.

I aint gonna say Kosovo issue is a pleasant one because everybody knows why this is happening about.
    Territory Control by the USA.

    1. UCK wasn't a terrorist group but a liberation army. there's a difference.
    2. UCK doesn't exist since June 1999, it was transformed into TMK [Kosova Protection Troops] and there are other ethnic groups in it, including serbs.
    3. "its killing people for fun", help me a bit here, what news channel did you hear it please? or is this again your own Albanophobic opinion?

Next time, do your homework and do your research before you post smth.

    Peace

1.)Liberation army eh? Heh thats funny. What do you need a "Liberation" army for? Albania is supposed to be free country.just say "Jihad Terror Organization" since they are burning down churches and doing things really extreme.
2.)Serbs included in UCK? Are you gonna tell me the earth is flat too? Not a chance. Just Check Youtube. ;)
3.) Well Lets see, Danilo, number one terrorist, UCK hijackin a tour bus and killing Koulouri's son, UCK threatning Greece and neighbours.

With that behavior as a country, dont expect much from your neighbours.
Your country should change strategy before is too late. USA is good friend of Albania but like Sadam,Milosevic and many more, Usa tend to betray any allies they have.

    Peace.

Harry , Personally as an Albanian I am totally in aware of the relation between USA and Albania. Its not that USA is a good friend of Albania , its simply because Albania has excellent strategic points and its a country in development so USA can help develop it faster so in exchange they might want military bases.

Look Harry something more , speaking from my personal experience as I used to live many years in Greece , everything bad that was happening in Greece , the fault was given to innocent Albanians just to protect the Greek people.

How can a 19 year old guy be killed just because of celebrating the victory of Albania against Greece with the Albanian national flag. How could innocent people be killed at the boundaries just because they wanted to go in Greece (illegally) but they returned in Albania dead.

You must see how Greek people treat Albanians especially at the boundaries (Kakavija & Kapshtica). I have a lot of Greek friends which are really excellent guys to hang out with and they agree that immoral things are being done against innocent Albanians.

Im not saying that all albanians are good, there are good and bad but for someone being bad its not
good all the others to suffer

    Cheers!

Analysts are still questioning the decision?!

Of course , analysts are also questioning things that have 50 years that have happened. Thats their work , to make questions and to answer too.

May I know please where do you base your opinion!? Why do you think it was not worth it ? Anything against them or a supporter of Ex-Yugoslavia?

    Thanks

A lot of water has since flow under the bridge :) . It would not be logical to question what was past anymore but to think of what to do and how to do it right in the future. Independence had already became a reality, there is no way to reverse that.
