Hi all, I've stumble upon couple of articles saying that it's better to publish one blog post each week (on regular basis) than publish couple of articles in a day and than do nothing for a week. I have an article submission website that gets one article each 3 minutes. Of course, all of these articles needs to be approved before they appear on the website. Usually more than 400 articles are approved in half an hour, each day. Now I'm thinking to improve my CMS so that approved articles are NOT shown on the website as soon as they're approved. Instead, on each 3 minutes an recently approved article will be shown automatically. Do you think this can improve my website position on search engines? Or may they interpret this as a spam in some way?
Google kinda thinks like a human, so any chances you think the amount of articles getting posted might set offf a flag. Try posting articles every hour or two.
It is very important to post blog daily or weekly. Because as per Google algo if your blog will update everyday or every week Google will crawl more and more because Google likes new content and also prefer new content first. But more important thing is that it should be unique. Thats a very imp thing.

I don't think posting more often will improve your rankings (only by itself), unless perhaps all the content is on the same subject...
Post at the speed crawlers are being sent to your site There is nothing wrong or bad with 10 GOOD articles a day.
Yes, it's good to post to your blog everyday. However, do you know that you can schedule your blog posts (if you're using self-hosted Wordpress sites)? This way, you can load your blog posts and schedule them to be posted everyday, so you don't have to blog everyday. It can run on autopilot. Hope this helps!
yesterday on 6th Feb 2012 google roll out PR update so friends check you website or blog for PR update.
Posting new blogs at regular intervals is a good method to keep the site crawling by the SE. If the content seems important and is useful, I don't see any problems in keeping the posting frequency high.. It must be as per the requirements of the likes of the people.
Regular posting mean regularly updating the content of your blog. As such, Google bots love to crawl fresh and new contents. So, with this, it could benefit you by being crawled and index most likely by Google spiders. So it does good for your blog.
