i would like let you know how those people fraud publishers: in october i have received an email and signed a contrat with them about 600 $ to receive about one banner 300x250 from Ace combat, i should have given 300.000 impression month. After 22 day i was at 320.000 impression and they send me an email about the advertising was interrupted before the end of the month. Then i should have a check for about 500 usd but i have never received those money from hypecouncil or his ownier Scott Meldrum. At the middle of february i have reiceved an email saying [We are closing our doors. Going out of business. I need to negotiate with our creditors and website publishers to settle all accounts. Looks like we owe you $500 for the advertising you did on the Ace Combat. We do not have enough money in the accounts to all of the advertisers and creditors. We are offering 10% on all accounts. Sadly, the best I can offer is $100.] and this was the first fraud , paying the 10% .
