    HIGH RESOURCE USER POLICY
Resources are defined as bandwidth and/or processor utilization.

    Cheque Payment:
This option is only available to customers who pay annually for their onedollarhost.net account. 30 Money Back Guarantee
For customers opening their first account the initial 30 days are available on a trial basis. Customers will not be entitled to this benefit if they have previously had an account with onedollarhost.net unless the period of absence has been greater than one year. New customers will not be entitled to a trial period if any account has previously been created at the same postal address within the same 12 month time span.

Downloading music, movies via P2P not illegal in Italy

Posted Jan 28th 2007 6:00PM by Grant Robertson
    Filed under: P2P
If profit isn't your motive, then swapping pirated music, movies and software via P2P isn't illegal. That's what a high court in Italy ruled last month, marking yet another blow for enforcement efforts by the recording, software and motion picture industry trade groups.

According to the Associated Press, "The court's decision [...] overturns earlier convictions against two former Turin Polytechnic Institute students who set up in 1994 a peer-to-peer, file-sharing network that was shut down within months." The students were each sentenced to one year in jail, which had already been reduced to 3 months upon appeal, a point which this ruling makes moot.

The ruling does not have any effect on the legality of violating the terms of copyright within the country, but does appear to decriminalize the act of file-sharing in and of itself.

This way the host can say it is legal to host copy written stuff.

These are shared obviously.. so how many users concurrently are we limited to, etc.. what are the limitations that we should know about? (mysql queries, etc..) ??

Well this thread, and what me and machikakara are talking about are two different things.

On the reseller server, which has nothing to do with the server the lifetime plans are going on, you can host as many domains as you want. But once your space fills up, then thats you have to upgrade or just stop allowing sign-ups. We allow you to oversell if you like, all that is up to you. But we do not restrict how many people you can allow hosted on your own account.

The reason is, we don't give unlimited space and bandwidth to our Resellers, therefore, that rule is not needed.:)

Well that is so right onedollorhosting(dot)net was so bad they must make your account for you and all your accounts on your reseller. so it the reason they were so slow so i took them on there money back offer and its going to take another 24-48 hours to get my refun i am just giong to go with this life time plan here.i still think some more space should be given to resellers so they can do larger pagages

IC What you mean but yep they are the worst host i have seen lke you ask to get your money back and then there sending you your account is almost done but they dont send you your account info or control panel stuff and i am just not happy with it.

Now i know how web hosting works but i want to find a data center in Sweden because. You can host torrents and things then.

I do hope your site gets bigger because it is better then all the ones i have had. I am thinking about getting the plan here and moving my godaddy account but then again i still want to host sites. If any thing to get bigger get more sever in more places so people around the world can use this great site. you have great customor servus and all

You can actually host up to 3 domains as, you have the main domain you setup with, and then you can addon 2 more domains to host.

Now the honest reason why I offer such as low rate of addon domains is, this is a lifetime plan, meaning I will no longer make any profit off the client once this first payment is done. So my intentions are to make you want to buy additional accounts if you would like.

Now with our monthly plans, you get WAY more addon domains, parked domains and etc.., just because you are paying me monthly or yearly, and not just one time, therefore, I can make some profit, and addon more services.

This is just a honest answer, which most host don't tell you but, I have nothing to hide :)

Not really as, I'm with a great datacenter and I pretty much can afford this. Actually I could offer it on my site, but then again, I will be making no profit after first purchase, which means, HastyHost would be closed within a months time or more :)
