I was wondering what you thought of that bank? They have claimed some attention recently with their 5.05% APY on online savings accounts. I guess one would just hope that rate doesn't decrease. But does anyone have any second thoughts about opening an offshore savings account and beginning to invest alot of money?
HSBC have used them for over 10 years for business and personal accounts Rock solid to deal with and offer easy Internet Banking Service too
HSBC is a really big bank, if I am not wrong probably one of the top 5 banks in the world. It pretty much have a very long history and you should not have any problem trusting it. No second thoughts with HSBC.
Right now with HSBC .... Good Support and awesome services! Have my Personal Account there and my parents have a Joint acc in there!
I just found out that they're the #2 most substantial corporation in the world. This looks cool, apparently they're investing in India by encouraging and enabling trade with India..! And their North America "corporate headquarters" is in my time zone.
Err, the Hong Kong Shanghai Bank is actually a UK based bank. http://www.hsbc.com/hsbc/about_hsbc It was set up in 1865 to help finance trade with its former colony of Hong Kong and Shanghai were it had a foothold.
