The highest paying interstatial network

    I am looking to place an interstitial on one of my websites - however, which advertising network would you recommend? I'd prefer CPM - and $1.80+ if possible.

    Have you heard of Pay Per Play (PPP)? View my signature link for more details.

    Pay Per Play is very similar to tv and radio ads. The 5 seconds audio ad might annoy people, but the money is good.

    Another pay per play program is starting in Feb aswell I believe. They are not all starting in February are they?
