    If the url relates to the topic then I would think it's okay but if the url has nothing to do with the topic it's spam. IMHO.

    Logon...select your category, there's a category list on the left bar and you'll find open questions. Be useful...don't include your link in every single answer but you can alternate pretty well.

    c'mon, the least someone should get posting well written information is a link.

    don't forget, the attractiveness of the link to readers is directly related to the quality of the information surrounding it.

    a reader who is impressed by what they have already read on the page is ripe for clicking on a link to more information that is believed to be of high quality.
